TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of products and services provided by Maplewood Real Estate, LLC d.b.a Review Rocket HQ(“Review Rocket,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By signing up, checking out, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Provided
Review Rocket provides two primary service offerings:
Website Subscription Service
Starter Plan – $79/month (after $1 introductory 30-day period)
Growth Plan – $149/month (after $1 introductory 30-day period)
Pro Plan – $299/month (after $1 introductory 30-day period)
This service includes professional website design, hosting, maintenance, support, and related marketing functionality.
Review Rocket Automation Service
Review Automation Software – $97/month
This service automates the process of requesting, collecting, displaying, and managing reviews.
We may update, improve, or modify the Services at any time.
2. Subscription & Billing Terms
Your first payment is $1, which activates a 30-day introductory period.
After 30 days, your subscription will automatically renew at the monthly rate associated with the plan selected during checkout.
Billing occurs automatically via the payment method you provide at checkout.
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
If payment fails, we may temporarily restrict service access until payment is resolved.
3. Cancellation & 30-Day Notice Requirement
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
To cancel, you must submit written notice by either:
Emailing info@reviewrockethq.com, or
Submitting the cancellation form at: reviewrockethq.com/customer-service
Cancellations must be submitted 30 days prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
After cancellation becomes effective:
Website hosting, editing access, and support will be paused.
Review automation features will be paused.
Any unpaid balances remain due.
If you request a full transfer of website files to your own hosting, a one-time transfer fee may apply.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
You agree not to initiate a chargeback as a method of resolving billing concerns.
If there is an issue, you agree to contact us directly at info@reviewrockethq.com first so we can resolve it.
Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:
Suspension of service
Debt collection action
Recovery of dispute fees
5. Client Responsibilities
To deliver your website and/or review automation services, you agree to:
Provide necessary business information (logo, colors, content, business details, access credentials, etc.)
Respond to requested approvals or content submissions in a reasonable timeframe
Ensure that the information submitted is accurate and lawful
Delays in providing materials may result in launch delays.
6. Ownership & License
While your subscription remains active and paid:
You have full use of your website and/or automation dashboard.
If your subscription is cancelled:
Hosting, automation, and editing access will be discontinued at the end of your last paid billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Rocket is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or data.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Review Rocket harmless from claims relating to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Kentucky.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify customers at least 30 days before the new Terms go into effect.
